Tuesdays Team WOD – 100 Deadlifts and 100 Back Squats 185/125
The repetitions are to be completed by the team but only one partner can work at a time. However the partner that is “resting” will be performing either KB swings with the deadlifts or KB high pulls with the back squats. This is not an opportunity to sandbad on the kettlebell movements. Each rep completed with the KB will subtract a second from your total. KB weight 70/55.
