Thursday WOD will be a self made Hero WOD in honor of the 82nd Airborne Division.  We first started doing this one at the Life Center and this will be the second time we have performed it at CrossFit 2232.  You can check out a more detailed description by going to 12-13-2011 workout.

WOD – 82 Turkish Getups 55/35

Depending on number or participants some may go the extra mile and challenge themselves by using the barbell.
