Thursday WOD. A quick 3 part workout.  We will spend the first 30 minutes warming up and refining technique.  Then it will be off to the races. WOD:

5 Min of Snatches 115/75

4 Min Rest

3 Min of Wallballs 20/14

2 Min Rest

1 Min Burpees

You are pushing to get the most reps possible.  COME READY! COME ON TIME! COME GET SOME!
