Saturday the 7th of April we will only have a 10am class. Abdominal work and goat day.
7 Rounds for time:
5 Floor to Squat (Do not have a name for this exercise, will explain)
10 Incline Pushups
Then take 3min rest and set up for whatever goats you would like to practice. You will have 20 minutes and the exercises are of your choice. Ex: Overhead Squats. Work into position with a PVC and practice repeatedly. Next work 3 sets of 8 repetitions. This can be done with ring dips, muscle ups, snatches, etc…
