Hope everyone had a Happy Easter celebrating Jesus and not so much the candy. However, if you splurged on candy, ham, and potatoes we have a workout for you.

Strength WOD – Deficit Deadlifts 5 x 3

We will be performing standard deadlifts but at a greater range of motion. We will stand on bumper plates for this.

WOD – For time:

2 laps
50 pullups
2 laps
75 push ups
2 laps
100 situps
2 laps
125 squats
2 laps
150 double unders
2 laps

  1. Made it all the way to the double-unders. I got 1 double-under. Nope, that’s not a typo.

    Made it to double unders prescribed and got 73 before the end of the bell

  3. a few more seconds and i would have finished everything. i m guessing about 30-40 more seconds.

  4. I did this wod at the fitness center this evening. I completed it with a time of 29:32. Single unders instead of double.
