W.O.D. Monday 4-23-2012

Today’s WOD is a CrossFit benchmark by the name of Barbara.  She’s a 5 round masterpiece of 20 pullups,30 pushups, 40 situps, and 50 air squats.  Each round is separated by 3minutes rest.  Each round is for time and the total time for each round is added together for your “Barbara” score.

  1. 46 minutes and change. Barbara, You might have won this round, but I’m going to blast you into orbit when we meet again.

    1. BTW, the given time includes the 3 minutes in between rounds.

    I moved from the black band to the green for all three rounds…Oh yeah!
