Starting a new week. Monday class will feature one of the girl workouts, Elizabeth. Elizabeth is 21-15-9 of Squat Cleans 135/95 and Ring dips. Obviously this can and may need to be scaled for some of you. It is not about scaling or prescribed. It is about personal intensity. Find that range of motion you are capable of. The weight that you can move with enough force and speed to produce the desired intensity. We will make the workout work for you. You just put the effort in and worry about the numbers later.
After Elizabeth we will be performing 2 Power Cleans and 8 Pushups on the minute for 10minutes. The Power Cleans should be at about 90% of your max. Ex: 185lbs max would be close to a 165lbs working weight.
