Good Friday WOD – quick metcon to get the body ready for strength work after – 21-15-9 of Sumo Deadlift High Pull/ Back Squat/Push Press at 65/45. Then perform this complex of 3 Deadlifts, 1 Squat Clean, and 1 Split Jerk. These reps are performed continuously. We will perform 1 round every two minutes for 20 minutes. At the end of the 20 minutes we will have 10 minutes to try for max weight at this complex.
