Friday workout.  We will spend some time performing dynamic stretches.  Then move to ladder work and sprints.  The ladder work and sprints will get you hot and ready for the box squats.  Let’s go heavy for 2 reps on the minute for 12 minutes.  Increase the weight at the 6min and 9min marks.

  1. I am glad that it has been a few weeks since box squatting. You guys performed magnificently. Lifting weights exceedingly heavier than before.
