Wrapping up our 3 weeks of Front Squats on Mondays with a 5 x 3. Work toward your heaviest triple in 15mins. After this it will be 12minute on the minute of the heaviest Snatch you can handle with deloaded pushups for the remainder of the minute. Post Snatch weight and number of deloaded pushups completed. Post WOD 3 sets of 10 GHDs, Reverse Hypers and Kettlebell Pullovers on a bench. Hope to see everyone there.
