Tuesday = Skill Day. Our skill for today will be Split Jerks from the rack or plainly a Rack Jerk. We will talk positioning. Head up, Midline stab., Dip drive (knees out not forward), Depth on split, speed to the split, elbows, and finish. We will work for sometime with just the PVC and then if we are looking good move to some weight. However, before the skills take form let’s look at mobilizing the hips and shoulders.
Then, the WOD will be 80 yard shuttle runs on the minute for 10mins.
