I am sorry for not posting the workout for Wednesday.  However, we had 11 show up so maybe it was a good idea.  Hope you feel well practiced at pressing and toes to bar.  This is the reason we describe CrossFit as GPP (general preparedness programming):

CrossFit Games Open 12.3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box jumps, 24″ box
115 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar
