W.O.D. Thursday 3-29-2012

Ok gang no workday this weekend but we will still have a workout.  As for Thursday, we are performing a running “Annie.”

Here is how it’s going down.  50-40-30-20-10 with a 2 lap (400m) run in between and at the end.

Double Unders/ Abmat Situps / 400m run

Then:

Weighted pullups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Even if you typically use a band for pullups attempt a lesser band or use strict/non kipping form

    1. Sweet job on the double unders Will. That’s how it happens. One day you get butterfly pullups and the next comes the double unders. Rich got the muscle ups. Now its your turn. Go Team Bad…Butt!
