Everyday is another chance to watch the CrossFit 2232 gang light up another workout. You guys and gals busted through a long one yesterday with no problem. Today we pick up the intensity with a shorter WOD but the goals are changed. Instead of completing a certain number it is up to you to see how big a number you can put up.
On the minute for 12 Minutes of:
75%Max Bench Press for 3 reps
Remainder of min perform as many ball slams as possible with 20/14lbs.
We constantly perform exercises like the Sumo Deadlift High Pull that rewards powerful hip extension. Ball Slams are a good way to create powerful hip flexion.
