Last week of Front Squats for strength. Wrap it up with a heavy attempt at 5 sets of three. Work up to a heavy triple. The we go on the minute for 12 minutes of the heaviest power snatch possible followed by deloaded pushups for remainder of minute. Post weights on snatch attempts and number of pushups performed for entire WOD. Post WOD perform 3 sets of 10 GHDs, reverse hypers, and kettlebell pullovers (lying on the side of a bench).
