Snatches, snatches, and more snatches….were yesterday. Today it’s all about the rings. Correct position on the rings is quite similar to the same positioning for everything else that we do. Proper mechanics of the body transfers to all exercises. So we will practice the support position on pushups and ring dips. As well work the abs and shoulders with Skin the Cat and levers…Wanna go for a muscle up? Today will be your day to try it from the floor and then from the ceiling.
