50 Sumo deadlift high pull, 75/55lbs.
40 Sit-ups
30 Pull-ups
20 Ring dips
… 10 Clean & jerks, 135/95lbs
20 Ring dips
30 Pull-ups
40 Sit-up
50 Sumo deadlift high pull, 75/55lbs.After the WOD – Time dependant Dynamic Lifting. Banded Deadlifts at 55% of Max. 2 reps by 10 sets.

    I apologize for my absence. I completed a 21 miler on Faith (my bike) with jeremy hyatt and wilson. I did see Trina turning right at the bridge and thought of you guys.

    1. Always good to practice sport outside of CrossFit. It’s part of why we do what we do. TO be better at life.
