50 Sumo deadlift high pull, 75/55lbs.After the WOD – Time dependant Dynamic Lifting. Banded Deadlifts at 55% of Max. 2 reps by 10 sets.

  1. I apologize for my absence. I completed a 21 miler on Faith (my bike) with jeremy hyatt and wilson. I did see Trina turning right at the bridge and thought of you guys.
