Wednesday WOD – 10,9,8,7,6…1 of 155lbs. Front Squat/Barbell Row. Run 1 lap after each round. Run can be modified to 20 double unders/60singles. Be smart but get it done. Games Open WOD will not be posted on CrossFit Games site until 8pm so Thursday plan on doing whatever it is they throw at us.
