Sorry for the day late post.  Today we worked on hip mobility. Really dug into those pieces directly responsible for hip rotation.  I liked the results.

Strength WOD – 3 x 5 of Sumo stance Squat

WOD – 8 Min AMRAP

5 ball Slams

5 Pull ups
