Today we will practice a variation of already known skill.  Muscle ups are the future goal.  To get there we must get a feel for it first.  Todays WOD will be 50 inverted rows/jumpin pullups into a lockout over the bar or rings used. Then lower into a dip.  As well, our strength WOD will be banded sumo deadlifts for 10 sets of 2.
