Usually like to bring the beatdown on Mondays but this is the plan for the week. Today we will do a super quick metcon to warm you up. We will practice a new skill with Snatch Balances (8 sets of 3). Then work on a max height box jump. This will give you about 20mins to work on your weaknesses. Your “Goat.” From there we will give instruction and set up a simple workout for you to practice these skills. The CrossFit Games Open starts Wednesday. This workout we will perform on Thursday evening. Also, the Paleo Challenge is coming to a close. Tuesday will be “Helen” and we will compare how you performed pre Paleo to present Paleo. So let’s stay loose and ready for Tuesday and the upcoming Open workout.
