Typically I don’t like to use CrossFit HQs programming but I like the look of this WOD. We worked a couple of longer ones the last couple of days a good concentration on strength and form would be the best avenue for programming on Friday. So we will perform the mainsite WOD for today of:
3 Rounds for Time:
275lbs. Deadlift 10 reps
Double Unders 50 reps (modify 150 singles)
Before this we will practice our strength work.
