CrossFit Games Open WOD – 7 minutes of Burpees. Reps are counted after you have come from a standing position to hitting the hips and chest to the deck and back up to a jumping position reaching an object with both hands that is 6in above fingertip reach.

As an individual, I couldn’t think of a worse beginning WOD. As your CrossFit coach I couldn’t think of a more brilliant first Games Open WOD. THis is what CrossFit is about. The high scores will be from people that push through the suck and tell their bodies to keep going for 7min straight. No Rest. No partitioning reps. NO QUIT! I hate it and love it.
