Bringing the ol’ 3 min grasshopper AMRAP back for warmup. 3Min AMRAP – handstands, mountain climbers, grasshoppers. Then we will work on another 5 round strength WOD. 5 rounds for time – 1 strict pullup, 90%max shoulder press, 3 strict pullups, 1 shoulder press, 5 strict pullups, 1 shoulder press. Then we will finish with “evil wheels.”

  1. I’m not sure of everyone’s time but I do know Tina finished 7:58 using 45lbs for press, and Farrell 7:08 with 145lbs press. My wife used 35lbs with a time of 7:24. Good to see some of you getting significantly stronger.
