  1. 12:42- Not really impressive when it is learned that, a) I don’t know what my max deadlift is so I only lifted 145 and b) I have never worked on the rings before and my dips were very modified. Still, I feel good about working on new skills and our faithful trainer seemed to be satisfied with my attemps. Also, my deadlift form seems to be staying true to training (knees out and everything!). Thanks, Jama!

    1. Oh, my weight was actually 155.

  2. I know I did almost all of my DLs with 245…. That’s it lol!
