Tuesday Tabata: Jumping Jacks, Shuttle Run, Medball Chest pass, Air Squats, and Bear Crawl. The Tabata method is eight rounds of twenty seconds on (working) and ten seconds off (resting). This amounts to 4 mins a piece for each exercise. We will have a tape measure on hand to take measurements and a scale for weight. Stick to the diet. You guys and gals can do this. And don’t weigh yourself daily it will drive you crazy, not to mention the fluctuations that happen from day to day.
