As I post the daily workouts, I notice how quickly our lives pass us by.  The day goes by so quickly and I wonder if I made any difference.  In my family, someone else, God’s Kingdom? Hmmm. Enough reflection.  We have visited part of this workout before. Not only does it try the physical but boy does it work the mental.

Flight Simulator: double unders or 3 singles per double under, 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 50.  You must complete all reps without a mistake, pause, and then move to next sequence. You perform all of the sets on the way up and then make your way back down.

Ladder drills: we will perform 4 different ladder drills for footwork, core, and speed.

Weighted pushup: 3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1
