Start of a new week. Hope everyone is prepared to work.  Strength WOD for today will be Power Snatches.  On the minute for 12 min, 2 reps max weight 115lbs. Lets work on some speed.  WOD: 5 rounds for time of 15 Overhead lunges with 45lbs / 15 Weighted Dips. Modification will be bench dips (weighted if possible).
