W.O.D. Friday 1-6-12

Hebrews 12: 11 “All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.”  Amazing the similarities between training the body and training the spirit.  Todays WOD will include training the mind and legs for proper form and function of bar movements of which there will be 3 good ones Saturday morning.

3 Rounds for TIme:

30 Medball Thrusters

20 Medball Cleans

10 Medball Boxjumps

5 ball slams

Of each exercise it is imperative to think about hip extension, midline stabilization, and opening the shoulders (thruster/ballslam).  After the wod partner up and stretch in between training on the GHD and Reverse Hyper.

  1. This workout was easy compared to what we endured Saturday morning. Linda is a bad girl, bad Linda.
