Friday’s WOD will be a benchmark WOD, “Angie.” To perform this you must go straight through each exercise before moving to the next. 100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats for time. We will work for 10 to 15mins. on pullup technique. Open and closed shoulder, activating the lats, tight stomach, skip with legs, finish with arms, and push away.
