
W.O.D. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day 1-16-2012
Thank you everyone for showing up this weekend. I thought today would be a good day to make a workout in honor of MLK but then I figured maybe the workout should just have you screaming, “Free at last, Free at last, thank God Almighty, we are free at last!”
MLK WOD:
Run 5 laps, 100 wallballs, 75 kettlebell swings, 50 air squats, 25 pushups, 10 burpees.

That was a good workout. Hit every area. was pleased with my time, and it is encouraging to see marked improvement in my strength, endurance and time.
