We will continue with the snatch progressions in our strength work.  Todays strength will be the Attack Position.  We will perform  8 repetitions on the minute for 8 minutes. Notice the back only begins to change when the bar is above the knees.

Once we begin the pull from above the knees our knees move forward as we lean back and pull the weight to the pockets.  Next, we will spend time working the kipping pullup. Always thinking about midline stabilization.

20 pullups

30 kettlebell swings

40 double unders
