W.O.D Monday 12-26-11

Day after Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, except your belly from all those cookies.  Continuing the snatch work from last week with Power snatches.

Strength – 3 Power Snatches on the minute for 8 minutes

WOD – 400m run / 10 burpees / 20 squats / 30 situps / 40 deload pushups / 30 situps / 20 squats / 10 burpees / 400m run
