Today we will be performing a WOD from the open competition.
Week 5 workout Clean/T2B/Wallball
20 Min AMRAP:
5 Power Clean 145/95lbs
10 Toes to Bar
15 Wallballs 20/14lbs
Great workout tonight. The instruction really helped with the power cleans. Did 4 rounds in 20 minutes, minus 1 lap at the end. Going to sleep good tonight.
Hope we can continue to make you guys better. 6 rounds minus the laps 155lbs power cleans in 20min.
