  1. Great workout tonight. The instruction really helped with the power cleans. Did 4 rounds in 20 minutes, minus 1 lap at the end. Going to sleep good tonight.

  2. Hope we can continue to make you guys better. 6 rounds minus the laps 155lbs power cleans in 20min.

  3. 5 rounds minus laps #95

    That was fun…. I feel like crap lol
