Did you gain any extra pounds from an endless supply of calories?

We will start the week with a three round chipper reps 30,20,10 0f:

Jumping Jacks

Swings

Push ups

box jumps

pull ups

THen end the day with 4 sets of bicep curls for 8 reps.

  1. I really wish I wasn’t hurting so much. I really liked the feel of this WOD, definitely my typical wheelhouses. Hopefully you’ll throw something like this into the mix again when I’m recovered. 14 something still wasn’t too bad lol
